Our verdict
Keycense suits players who want a game key in their inbox within seconds of paying and want buyer protection behind the order. It runs as Sun Digital Information Technology Services L.L.C with headquarters listed as the United Arab Emirates, so a named company stands behind the sale rather than a trading name alone.

Pros and cons
Pros
- Orders are processed immediately, with products delivered by email within seconds of payment.
- Every purchase can benefit from the buyer protection offered through TrustedShops.
- Checkout takes card, PayPal, Apple Pay and more, so you can pay with the method you already use.
- A named company, Sun Digital Information Technology Services L.L.C, stands behind the site and publishes its terms.
Cons
- Some payment channels may involve commissions or fees charged by payment service providers, and the amount is shown on the payment selection page.
- Support runs on email, phone, help centre and more only, so there is no live chat window if you want an answer mid-order.
- Headquarters are listed as the United Arab Emirates, which may matter if you would rather buy from a seller in your own country.

- Players on PC, PlayStation and Xbox who want their key in the inbox almost at once.
- Shoppers who want a buyer protection scheme and a named company behind the seller.
Who should look elsewhere
- Shoppers who want every payment channel to cost the same, since some may carry a commission or fee from the provider.
- People who expect a live chat window while they order.
- Buyers looking for a boxed edition or anything on disc, since products reach you by email.
Core features
The buying flow here is built for speed. Orders are processed immediately, and products reach you by email within seconds of payment, so there is no physical dispatch to wait on and no manual approval step between paying and holding the code. Every purchase made on the site can benefit from the buyer protection offered through TrustedShops, which gives you somewhere to turn when an order does not arrive as promised. The catch sits at the payment step: selected payment channels may involve commissions or fees charged by payment service providers, and Keycense indicates those on the payment selection page, so the final total deserves a glance before you confirm. You are buying a code for your own account either way, which makes the speed of the email the part of the process you will notice most.
The company behind it
The site is run by Sun Digital Information Technology Services L.L.C, a private company whose registered office sits in Dubai. Its headquarters are listed as the United Arab Emirates, so you can see the legal entity you are contracting with before you pay rather than only a trading name on a product page. Reaching the company takes several routes: email, a customer service phone number, a help centre on the site and a community space. Complaints about the service can be raised by email or by phone as well as through the support section of the platform, which means a written trail sits alongside a route where a person answers. Account guides for the platforms it covers also live on the support side.

Frequently asked questions
What does Keycense sell?+
Keycense sells game keys and gift cards, with gaming software and gift cards listed together on the site. Its terms say the keys are official ones issued by the publisher or developer of the relevant content. Everything arrives digitally by email, so you are buying a code to redeem on your own account rather than a physical item.
Is Keycense an authorised seller?+
Keycense describes itself as an authorised reseller, and its terms say it sells official keys issued by the publisher or developer of the relevant content. That is the detail to weigh when comparing a code shop with a marketplace full of unknown sellers. The same terms name Sun Digital Information Technology Services L.L.C as the company behind the promise.
Is my purchase protected if something goes wrong?+
For every purchase made on the site you can benefit from the buyer protection offered through TrustedShops, which gives you a route to raise a problem when an order does not arrive as promised. The arrangement belongs to Sun Digital Information Technology Services L.L.C, the named operator of the store, so a claim sits with the seller rather than with a card scheme.
How quickly do I get my key?+
Orders are processed immediately, and all products are delivered by email within seconds of payment, so there is no dispatch wait and no manual check in between. That suits players who want to redeem the code straight away rather than keep an email open and waiting, and it means your payment details are handled in a single step.
How do I reach Keycense for help?+
You can contact the company by email or through the customer service phone number, and there is also a help centre and a community space on the site. Complaints about the service go down the same routes, including the support section of the platform, which is useful to know before you order if a code misbehaves.
