Pros and cons
Pros
- Toynk sells action figures, vinyl figures, chibi figures and more, so a statue and its matching plush can arrive in the same delivery.
- Domestic orders get a 30 day return window, so a figure that arrives scuffed is not a dead end.
- Preorders are offered, so you can reserve an upcoming drop before popular lines sell out.
- Prices begin at $6.99, which keeps a gift or a small impulse add affordable.
Cons
- Support runs on email and help centre only, so order questions wait on an email reply.
- Delivery covers the United States, so shoppers elsewhere need a forwarder and pay for the extra leg.
- Statues and busts sit well above $6.99, so a themed pair can stretch a budget quickly.
Who it suits
- Fans collecting figures from anime, Marvel or Star Wars lines without visiting separate shops.
- Collectors watching what they spend, since prices begin at $6.99.
- Buyers who preorder new drops and want a 30 day window if a figure disappoints.
Who should look elsewhere
- Shoppers outside the US, since delivery is listed for domestic addresses only.
- Anyone who wants to pick up the phone, because support runs by email and through a help centre.
- Collectors who want a studio's own products, since Toynk resells what other brands make.
Core features
Toynk takes preorders, so you can put an order on an upcoming drop before it reaches wider shelves. That suits collectors who know a line is coming and do not want to lose it to a sold-out listing. The tradeoff is that a preorder commits you before the item is in your hands, so read the listing details carefully and check the release window before you commit your budget. Returns are simple on domestic orders. A 30 day return window gives you time to open the box, check the finish on a figure and compare it with what you expected before deciding to send it back. That length of window is generous for a purchase you regret the next morning, and it matters most for preorders, where you committed early. Keep your order details handy, because a return started inside the window is far less of a hassle than a request made after it closes.
The company behind it
Toynk is operated by Toynk Toys, LLC, a company based in the United States, so there is a named legal entity behind your order rather than a trading name. That matters when something goes wrong, because it tells you who you are dealing with and where the terms and conditions come from. Being based in the US also shapes the experience: prices are quoted in dollars and delivery is arranged around domestic addresses. The company dates back to 2001, when a group of friends set out to build a business around fun products instead of following a conventional retail script. It still presents itself as a store built around collectibles, and that structure shows in how the catalog reads, with many different lines gathered in the same place. Support runs by email and through a help centre, available Monday to Friday. That covers order questions and shipping estimates, though it is not the place to reach when a drop sells out and you want an answer during the scramble.

Frequently asked questions
What do figures cost at Toynk?+
Figures and other collectibles start at $6.99, the sort of price that suits an impulse add rather than the centerpiece of a collection. Statues, busts and larger pieces cost more, and trading card sets follow their own pricing, so check the listing for the item you actually want before you plan a budget.
How long do I have to return an order?+
Domestic orders carry a 30 day return window, which is enough time to open the box, check the paintwork on a figure and decide whether it belongs on the shelf. Start the return inside that window, since a request made after it closes is where easy policies usually turn into a support conversation.
Which licenses can I browse on the site?+
The catalog covers anime, video games, Marvel and more, so you can move from a superhero figure to a horror collectible without leaving the site. Alongside those licensed characters sit trading cards, plush and model kits, which makes the store useful if your taste spans several shelves rather than one narrow corner.
Does Toynk ship outside the US?+
Delivery is listed for US addresses, so an order from Europe or Asia needs a forwarding service before it can ship. The 30 day return window applies to domestic orders, which means an overseas buyer should factor in the forwarder's own fees and handling before ordering.
Who actually runs Toynk?+
The store is operated by Toynk Toys, LLC, a company based in the United States. Knowing the legal entity matters when something goes wrong with an order, because you are dealing with a named company rather than a trading name, and its own terms set out how a problem gets handled.
Can I preorder an upcoming release?+
Preorders are offered on upcoming drops, so you can reserve a figure before it reaches general stock. Prices across the catalog start at $6.99, but the figures most fans preorder sit at the higher end, so preordering reads as buying early rather than buying cheaply.
Why does Toynk carry so many different brands?+
Toynk is a store that resells licensed collectibles rather than a studio making its own line, and it has traded since 2001. That breadth comes from what outside brands release, so expect plenty of choice and no pieces designed by Toynk itself.
