Our verdict
Voidu suits players who want game keys, gift cards, wallet codes and more the moment payment clears, sourced straight from publishers and official distributors. Behind the checkout sits Voidu B.V. in the Netherlands, and buyer protection reaches refunds when customer service treats a case as exceptional, so read the activation region before you pay.

Pros and cons
Pros
- Instant delivery: the key unlocks as soon as payment clears, so nothing waits in a download queue.
- Keys reach buyers straight from partners, publishers, developers and official distributors.
- The activation region is shown on the product page, so a key's market is visible before payment.
- A named company stands behind the checkout, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and based in the Netherlands.
Cons
- Buyer protection reaches refunds in exceptional cases decided by customer service, and digital products stop being refundable once the order is confirmed and the key is revealed.
- The region shown on a product page sets the market for a key, since a title marked for Latvia states it will activate in Latvia, which puts that line firmly in your pre-payment check.
- Instant delivery releases the key as payment clears, so the activation region reaches you at the same moment refunds close.
Who it suits
- Players who would rather hold a code than wait on a download.
- Buyers who want the activation region on the product page before they commit payment.
- Shoppers who want a named company and a support line behind the checkout.
Who should look elsewhere
- Anyone planning to return a digital game, since buyer protection reaches refunds in exceptional cases decided by customer service.
- Players who expect a key to follow their account across markets, since each title states the region it activates in.
- Console players whose hardware sits outside the platforms Voidu carries keys for.
Core features
Instant delivery sets the pace: the key unlocks as soon as payment clears, so the store's promise is about timing rather than partial fulfilment. Buyer protection sits behind that speed, and its reach stops at exceptional cases decided by customer service, because digital products stop being refundable once the order is confirmed and the key is revealed. The activation region is shown on the product page, and a title marked for Latvia states it will activate in Latvia. That disclosure is the safeguard worth leaning on: it lets you check a key against where you actually play, which counts for more than a refund promise that could only arrive after the code is already in view.
The company behind it
Behind the checkout sits Voidu B.V., a company registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and based in the Netherlands. Support runs on email, phone and help centre, and each of those routes leads back to the same named company rather than to an anonymous seller. That matters most at the moment delivery goes wrong: a key that has already been revealed is exactly when a buyer needs a person to talk to, and a registered entity with a phone route is easier to hold to than a name on a payment page. With instant delivery as the norm elsewhere on the store, delivery is the step most likely to need help.

Frequently asked questions
Is Voidu a legitimate key store?+
Voidu is an authorised reseller and takes its keys straight from partners, publishers, developers and official distributors, rather than buying pooled stock on the open market. The company behind the checkout is Voidu B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, so there is a named party to deal with when a key misbehaves.
Which platforms do you cover?+
Keys cover pc and playstation, and the platform line sits on every product page, so a quick check before payment confirms whether your system is included. Titles also state where they activate, which is a separate line worth reading before you commit, since a platform match says nothing about the market.
How can I pay?+
Payment runs through card, PayPal and local wallets, covering the routes most shoppers already hold. Voidu notes that the methods available are those on offer at the moment of checkout, so the exact set can shift between visits while a familiar card route remains the common thread for buying a key.
Do I get my key straight away?+
Instant delivery is the norm: checkout takes a click and the key unlocks as soon as payment clears. If something goes wrong, the store is based in the Netherlands and support answers through its published channels, so a missing code still has a route to a person rather than an unanswered form.
Can I buy a key for my own region?+
Each product page shows the region it activates in, so a title marked for Latvia states it will activate in Latvia. Reading that line before checkout tells you whether the key suits where you play. Voidu itself sits in the Netherlands, and every key stays tied to the market named on its page.
