Zavvi review

Price depends on the line you pick. An Indiana Jones Retro Collection German Mechanic Action Figure is listed at £6.99, so a small piece makes an easy opening order without a large basket. Delivery is charged on its own unless your basket passes £10, at which point it is free across the site.

You have 14 days from the date an item is received to start a return. That is a window to begin the process rather than a promise about how long a refund takes. The store sets out the steps in its own help content, which is worth reading before you open a preorder that ships later.

Delivery options are listed for the United Kingdom. The site is operated by ZAVVIGROUP Limited, whose trading base is in the United Kingdom, and both the delivery and terms pages are written with UK buyers in mind. A shopper elsewhere would need a forwarding service, which adds cost and time before an order reaches you.

Preorders are offered, with steelbook editions and Hasbro releases listed as forthcoming. Officially licensed merchandise is stocked at the same time, including t-shirts, hoodies and trainers, so you can hold a place in a queue and fill the rest of a basket in the same order rather than splitting it.

The card side runs to Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh! and more, and within those games the range covers sealed boxes, booster packs and accessories. Booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, premium collections, decks and accessories all sit under the card heading, and sport and racing cards appear in the same place, so a collector building a football or racing binder does not need a second seller.

Plenty. The store's own headings cover anime merch, apparel, comics and more, and Zavvi runs as a store with those sections under the same checkout and the same delivery terms. A card order can be joined by a figure, a hoodie or a poster without opening an account anywhere else.

The licensed lines lean on anime, video games, Marvel and more, which the store presents as its popular franchises. A fan of a film, comic or television property can browse related figures, apparel and wall art in the same catalog as the card games, with delivery handled on the same terms.

Yes, a membership called Red Carpet is offered, and the help content notes free UK delivery with it. Free delivery also applies site-wide once a basket passes £10. Membership suits a regular buyer who orders often; a one-off purchase still pays delivery below that basket level.

Support runs through the help center, an email address for the customer services team, and community channels. The help center is where the Red Carpet membership details, delivery options and policy pages are gathered, so it answers most questions before an order is placed. No phone line is listed.
