What is Region shown?
In short
Region shown records whether a product page states the region a key or code activates in, so you can tell before paying whether it fits your account.
A region locked key or code only activates in the market it was sold for, so you want the page to name that market before you pay. Region shown is the yes or no answer to whether it does. If your account is tied to a different region, a listing with no stated region leaves you guessing at checkout.
