Pros and cons
Pros
- The range spans anime, DC and Disney, so a collector finds familiar franchises on the same shelves.
- Preorders are available, so fans can reserve a specific release the moment it opens.
- The published terms give a cancellation window of 14 days on orders.
- The seller behind the checkout is Mighty Jaxx (UK) Limited, a company registered in England.
Cons
- Support runs on email and help centre only, so a shopper waits for a written reply.
- A cancellation window of 14 days is tight for a collector who wants to inspect a figure in detail before deciding.
- Preorder pieces ship on the maker's schedule, so anyone wanting a figure now depends on the in-stock range.
Who it suits
- Fans of anime, DC and Disney building a shelf of figures or blind boxes.
- Collectors who plan ahead and reserve a release at preorder rather than buying on the day.
- Shoppers who want a named legal entity and a set cancellation window before they pay.
Who should look elsewhere
- Buyers who want a conversation rather than email or a help centre.
- Collectors who need a longer inspection window, since cancellation runs for 14 days.
What it does well
Mighty Jaxx takes preorders, so fans can reserve a specific release the moment it opens rather than hunting for leftover stock on the day. Preorder pieces arrive on the maker's own schedule, which suits collectors who plan a shelf ahead of time. The published terms add a cancellation window of 14 days, so a buyer who changes their mind has a fixed stretch to send the order back. Buyers who want a figure this week lean on the in-stock range instead.
Who runs it
Mighty Jaxx is a Singaporean business headquartered in Singapore, with offices in China, the UK and the US as well. The UK store is run by Mighty Jaxx (UK) Limited, a company registered in England, so the seller behind the checkout carries a traceable legal name. Questions are handled by email and a help centre, and the teams behind those replies sit in different countries, which shapes how quickly an answer arrives.

Frequently asked questions
What does Mighty Jaxx sell?+
Mighty Jaxx sells blind boxes, designer toys and statues. The range spans anime, DC and Disney, and the store lists a One Piece XXRAY mini line alongside seated statue pieces. Buyers mostly shop here for display pieces tied to a known franchise rather than for loose pre-owned finds.
How much does a figure cost?+
A One Piece XXRAY mini blind box figure is listed at €5.99, and that is the kind of entry point a new buyer sees. Items are priced separately rather than as a rolling plan, so the entry price is the cost of that piece. Mighty Jaxx also takes preorders, so some lines arrive as preorder drops rather than from in-stock shelves.
How long do I have to change my mind?+
The terms published for Mighty Jaxx (UK) Limited give a cancellation window of 14 days. A buyer who cancels within that window does not need to give a reason. The window suits an impulse purchase, though a collector who wants to unpack a figure slowly and inspect it under good light has to decide quickly.
Can I preorder new releases?+
Mighty Jaxx takes preorders, so fans can reserve a specific release as soon as it opens rather than hoping stock lasts. Preorder pieces ship on the maker's schedule, which can push delivery past the day a line was announced. Buyers who want something sooner can look at in-stock pieces, where a One Piece XXRAY mini is listed at €5.99.
Who am I buying from?+
Orders through the UK store are handled by Mighty Jaxx (UK) Limited, a company registered in England. The group is headquartered in Singapore and also runs offices in China, the UK and the US, so a buyer deals with a named legal entity rather than a trading name alone. That name appears in the published terms.
How do I get help?+
Support runs on email and a help centre, so a shopper asks in writing and waits for a reply. The group is headquartered in Singapore with offices in China, the UK and the US, which shapes how quickly an answer arrives. Buyers who want a live conversation on the phone are not served by these channels, so the help centre comes first.
Is Mighty Jaxx a shop or a brand?+
Mighty Jaxx is listed as a brand, so the pieces in the store come from the same company that runs the site. Its name appears in the store copy and in the terms published for Mighty Jaxx (UK) Limited. A buyer comparing names can treat the brand and the seller as the same outfit.
